Water damage triggers a host of problems, compromising the structural integrity of the building, threatening the safety and health of its occupants, and exposing the structure’s owners to liabilities from building code violations.

Lower-middle-class girls attended small, local day schools for about four or five years from around the age of ten, and their levels of achievement were particularly low,For the majority of upper- and middle-class girls, this pattern continued until as late as the beginning of the First World War. But in 1850 Frances Mary Buss established the North London Collegiate School, the first of the modern fee-paying day schools or High Schools, offering a similar education to that given to boys; in 1869 the Endowed Schools Act increased girls’ access to grammar schools, which had previously been almost exclusively male; in 1872 Emily Shirreff and her sister Maria Grey founded the Girls’ Public,Day School,Company, enabling, schools to be,owned,by trusts or,companies and controlled by a,board of governors, rather than by,private, individuals; and in,1877 the first girls’,public school, St Andrew’s,opened in Scotland, followed by,Roedean in,1885 and,Wycombe Abbey,in 18 year,

2008 Proof of Longterm Flooding and Water Intrustion, Trespass from Nuisance Neighbor
This was evidence in a trial in Jefferson County (KY) and the judge apparently cannot see the water flows onto MY property; he says that MY property is higher!! Someone needs to explain to me:
HOW IS MY PROPERTY HIGHER? I have photographic evidence of this dating back to 2005.
The 3D construction video below shows and example of what can happen if a window is installed incorrectly.
In this example, the window’s head flashing was not properly integrated with the building’s weather barrier. Water oftentimes gets past the siding or stucco on a building and the next line of defense to keep water out is the weather

UPDATE: Compare this to previous video and you can see the water intrusion increasing within the few minutes between each video.
Water currently coming into our home through the stucco and onto the slab from rain outside. KB was first notified of this problem on June 28, 2012. It is now more than three months later and they have done nothing to the exterior of our home to correct the problem, and now we are a week without floors in our home and still cannot install our floors until they finish this work.
The vast majority of construction related lawsuits are filed due to water intrusion problems. The problems are a result of the ignorance of understanding water and how to manage it. What needs to be understood is how and why water moves.
The following are ways that water and moisture can enter homes and buildings: Gravity and Kinetic Energy, Capillary Action (Suction), Surface Tension, Differential Pressure Movement, and Vapor Movement — Through Diffusion & Air Transport.
